A little positive change can go a long way, especially when it comes to what we eat. I got back on the bandwagon of eating healthier (again) recently, and I’m already feeling so much better! I have better mental clarity, energy, and focus. Eating whole foods is one of the ways I stay out of the depths of depression and anxiety. What I eat can either affect me for good or bad and though I’m not perfect, I keep trying to take care of myself. That’s the only way I’m able to take care of others.
